Piracy is rampant here in the Philippines, that is a fact. Like it or not only a few go for the legit/license products especially when it comes to PC softwares/games and console gaming particularly for Xbox 360. Luckily for Sony’s PS3 it has not been hacked yet.

For those who still prefer the legit and original softwares, games and other multimedia products here in the Philippines well I highly recommend Datablitz. We have one here in Davao located at SM City Davao. They offer original PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PSP games with wide range of titles to choose from. They are also updated and mostly accurate when the release date of a specific game is out.

Datablitz game prices are also cheaper than Steam. A sample of this is the Left 4 Dead 2 for PC which I bought yesterday for only 1,395 php. If you do a little conversion, the price is approximately only $30. Obviously, it is much cheaper than what Steam is offering now which is $50. This saves you time to download the game you bought from Steam and best of all you got the physical product. Left 4 Dead 2 also includes a 2010 calendar exclusively here in the Philippines. A lot of PC games are also cheaper aside from Left 4 Dead 2 like Batman: Arkham Asylum, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Resident Evil 5 and many more titles which is cheaper than Steam.

Looking for consoles like PS3, PSP, NDS and Xbox 360? Especially for Xbox 360, the Jasper hunting. They also have it for a reasonable price. I got mine a week ago for 12,000 php. I know Arcade Xbox 360 are just $199 in U.S. but if you look for the cheapest one here in the Philippines Datablitz wins the competition.
