Playing Windows 7 Beta
When Vista was released, many critics, users and business companies didn’t embraced the next generation Operating System so well and still preferred XP. Well who can blame them? Vista needs a better hardware, annoying prompts and many more.
Now another future OS has been created by Microsoft after their Vista ‘flopped‘. Windows 7, the predecessor of Vista, will be released sometime in 2010. Microsoft let us users to test their upcoming project and I decided to be a part of it. For now Windows 7 downloads is closed on their official site but you can download it on torrents, rapidshare, etc. In fact a week or month there are higher and latest build versions leaked on the internet which I think is much better.

What I like about Windows 7 are the following:
-Faster than Vista
-Finally no annoying pop ups! It can now be disabled.
-DirectX 11 (Oh no! Future Video Cards again to take advantage of it.)
-Very cool Windows and improved taskbar. Now you can pin your favorite applications, see all you opened internet explorer tabs and applications in real time.
-Very nice theme and animations yet not so heavy requirements.
-most common drivers were already installed. Mine was ready to use after installing Windows 7.
-the dragging and shaking of Windows is really cool
-Touch screen(sadly my monitor doesn’t support it)

Honestly, I’m looking forward with this one! It’s like XP + Vista in terms of speed and feature plus more. Hope this would finally overshadowed Vista and XP in the future.
