Work Out at Matina South Health Studio

If there is one thing missing in my adult life, that would be EXERCISE! Yes I have to emphasize this word strongly since I’ve been out of physical action since I entered adult stage. Reason? Well when I was a kid I was so hyper I played a lot! I ran, jumped and even tumbling. Name anything which is related to physical activity, I’ve done it all without any care. Now here comes my adolescene stage, I started to be body conscious like being well groomed and hates to sweat. So I stop all of those childs play but on the process I also stop playing sports like basketball.

As I was getting older, I can really feel the difference between my childhood to adulthood particularly on endurance. I get tired so easily. I was just sitting all day and the only exercise I get was when I stroke the keyboard on a computer.

So I vowed to add gym class on my lifestyle and hopefully I could adapt and stick with it as long as possible. For a starter, I was joined by 2 of my friends Rodney Rivera and Admiral Ato. We decided to enroll at Matina South Health Studio since it’s the only gym which is accessible for us. It’s been a week since we started and so far we really enjoyed it and slowly making it as a part of our life.

I encourage everyone who lacks exercise to move a muscle daily. This could really help us to be more physically fit and less prone to sickness. True it was exhausting BUT rewarding.

    meron silang website, or email add? i wish to enroll there too. it’s the only fitness gym most accessible to me. when i’m in davao kasi, dun ako sa mintal.. so, yeah.. um, friendly ba ang staff nila?
